Established in 2004, Lan-Roc Farms has grown from a single family farm into one of the most trusted heritage pork programs in the region, without ever changing what it stands for.
Three generations in, the commitment is the same: raise the best pork possible, do right by the land, and build relationships that last.
Today, Lan-Roc Farms pork is found in the kitchens of James Beard Award winners and Eater-listed programs. They’re not just customers, they’re partners who trust us to be as consistent as their own standards.

Great pork doesn’t start in the kitchen. It starts with genetics. Over the past decade, we’ve made a focused investment in our herd, selectively breeding Duroc boars with “white-line” sows, Landrace, Chester White, and Yorkshire cross, to produce animals with superior growth, meat quality, and consistently strong litters.
We’re fully vertically integrated. We control the feed, the environment, and every step of the process. When you buy Lan-Roc Farms, you know exactly what you’re getting and exactly where it came from.
